I found it curious David I'd suiting up for the last times as I thought they hadn't started filming E20 yet.

I really wanted Manchester Black back post Crisis. Looks unlikely.

I saw some speculation on twitter that it may be due to his recent leg injury.They've been doing a lot of work with his stunt person in the last two filming episodes possibly because of his injury.I read from the location reports that his stunt person was wearing tracking dots meaning they may digitally add David's face and he'll do some in studio voice work.

The actor who played Manchester Black is on Star Trek Discovery starting in season 3 and he's currently filming season 4.

this would literally be the worst way to end the series, disrespectful of Kara's growth and other interests, and in no way has the Mon-el character 'grown' enough to warrant having her return to her and call it a 'happily ever after'. this is nothing more than a cop-out by writers or a contractual obligation from when the actor bowed out of the series earlier than was planned.

#Supergirl is officially WRAPPED their last ever location shoot.
The final location was the Poppy Estate Golf Course.
Tomorrow (Friday) is the last ever day of filming, in studio.

Oh boy that was tough. Held it together right up until the end but there's no superpower that can stop raw emotion. A big thank you to all the fans, for all the tweets and letters, all mightily appreciated. I'll see you again sometime soon but for now, that a series wrap on me.Love-you gesture

Knowing this was coming means it’s not a shock but doesn’t do anything to diminish the sadness. The show ending is going to be an exercise in going through the stages of grief, minus denial. Taking comfort in knowing it’s getting a planned ending, not every TV show does.

I still wish we got a 7th season, just so the final season wasn't hindered by COVID, so Kara could have had a proper final interaction with her friends outside of the Supergirl cast. Based on Melissa's "saying goodbye to this glyph" post, I'm honestly not that confident she'll be back for Flash's event episodes. I want it...but I'm not confident it will happen.

Pretty much my feelings to a T.I'm glad the show is ending under it's own power but it feels like a missing element if we don't have one final interaction between Kara & Barry and Kara & Clark.Hell I want one for Kara & Kate too given that the Batwoman season finale had Kate saying she was going to visit her friend in National City.But I'm not confident right this second in Melissa appearing in the Flash five episode event for a meet up with Barry.The Flash still has two weeks to go before it starts filming season 8.I don't see Melissa sticking around a few extra weeks to appear and I don't see her leaving Vancouver and coming back to appear in one of the five episodes.

That’s a series wrap on @supergirlcw thank you to all the amazing cast and crew. It was the ride of a lifetime. Even though yesterday was our last day, it still doesn’t really feel like it’s over yet because the back half of our season still has to air. So get ready for some kick-ass episodes and an ending you’re all going to love.
