The blog confirms that David Ramsey is in episode 12 as Diggle as well as directing it.

I'm pretty sure.Besides it being reported elsewhere,I enlarged the pic and it looks like a Legion ring to me.I have a replica of a Legion ring(plus of the different Lantern rings too and The Flash ring) and this looks like that from what I see.Maybe he happens to have a personal one he is wearing but considering that Diggle is in this episode that he is directing,I think it's more likely he has it on for his work in front of the camera.

Coincidentally, in the q&a section directly above, they suggest cost may have derailed the thirtysimething reboot (thirtysomething else) that would have starred Chris Wood and Odette Annable, alongside OG cast members.
