We were able to break the story a couple of months back that Sam Witwer was joining the show as the season's big bad Agent Liberty AKA Ben Lockwood. Today, TV Insider has learned he won't be the only Lockwood this season. Xander Berkeley, who is currently on The Walking Dead, has been tapped to play Ben Lockwood's father, Peter. This season a growing movement of anti-aliens will get its start and Lockwood's motivation as Agent Liberty will be explored through his father Peter. Peter Lockwood is described as:
A middle-class factory owner struggling to make ends meet in a world that’s rapidly changing due to the rise of aliens from outer space living amongst us. He's proud and single-minded and a family man who’s dedicated his life providing for people. The seeds of his discontent sows the beginning of an anti-alien wave.
