Supergirl is certainly back and firing on all cylinders! Yesterday we got to see new images from episode 316 and today we are getting our first look at the synopsis for episode 317 titled "Trinity"! As we suspected from the episode title, this episode refers to when all three worldkillers are united and stronger than ever! Furthermore it looks like we will see some friction from Lena and Kara as Lena's secret about Sam seemingly gets out. Check out the synopsis below!

SUPERGIRL TAKES ON ALL THREE WORLDKILLERS – Still reeling after learning about Lena’s (Katie McGrath) secret, Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) asks Guardian (Mehcad Brooks) for a favor that could alter his relationship with Lena forever. Meanwhile, with all three Worldkillers united, Supergirl and the team brace for an epic battle. Caitlin Parrish & Erica Weiss directed the episode with story by Jessica Queller and teleplay by Caitlin Parrish & Derek Simon (#317). Original airdate 5/7/2018.

Hopefully James will be a voice of reason but I cringe at the synopsis saying that Supergirl will ask a favor of him as the Guardian. I still find the Guadian implausible and a waste of time. James is at his best as a voice of reason and worst as a wannabe superhero.

Sounds like it's gonna be an amazing episode!! This might be where we finally see the friction between between Supergirl and Lena. And all three WKs finally together, exciting!!!!

So to no one's surprise, Sam gets out of the confinement, and Reign causes chaos. I wonder if this will turn Kara against Lena when she finds out she had Sam restrained... In this case, Kara now knows, or think she knows at this point that one of the enemies she has to fight is her friend. (Sam)

I'm liking the credits behind the episode. Looks Like Caitlin Parrish got her Chicago theater pal Erica Weiss on board for this episode (they also teamed up for the recent Redline TV pilot for CBS, a Greg Berlanti/Ava DuVernay co-production). Should be a solid installment.

Yeah I think the remaining episodes are going to be bang up! The forum has been rocking with upcoming episode synopsis and titles. Good Job! But I can only focus on one upcoming episode at a time or I get confused.

Here's hoping that SuperGirl doesn't let the fact that Lena may think Reign can be saved stop her from using full powers on all three world killers. I hope that in having the "team" fight them that it means everyone doing their part. Winn, James, Alex, J'onn and if we have MonEl helping to fight them, then I would like to also see Irma and Brainiac. Also like I mentioned above I don't want to see the team from the future being more powerful than SuperGirl.

This whole season has really been fantastic - best show on TV.
