Trinity, episode 317, now has a new gallery that showcases 14 new images! We are finally seeing a full look at Alex's new costume that presuably might make her powerful enough to at least be in the same room as a Worldkiller and not get her leg broken again. That is totally a guess on our part, we have no idea why she has an upgraded suit but it looks amazing! Further, it looks like the DEO might find where Reign's lair is and Lena visits the DEO! Yeah, that was an idea I floated a few days ago, too. But, wondered how much backstory it would take to add to a show that already seems packed. Thought, could the suit and/or a Legion ring protect from infection from the Blight?
Sure wish it would all just hurry about and happen so we can just know. lol

Oh, excellent question on what would be the effects of alien blood on a human. Hadn't thought about that.
Concerning Lena: people are concerned they're recruiting Lena since she's in DEO clothing. I suspect the only reason they brought Lena there and why she's in DEO issue is for her safety. Reign's probably pissed at her, and fears Lena might ruin her. Lena probably didn't have time to grab extra clothes? lol After its all over, I could foresee the DEO using her as a consultant from time-to-time.
And if it really is our Alex, perhaps the two Alex's in a few episodes is Alex on the roof, with J'onn in old Alex outfit, trying to lure one of the World Killers out to the park?
It would be interesting if they did use the Legion DNA as a cure for whatever they're infected with but, I wonder how the DNA from aliens would affect humans?
I think that at this point in time, the DEO needs to just forget trying to pretend like they're a secret, restricted access organization. They had James, Winn and Max walking into the building during Season 1, Maggie and Mon-El during Season 2 and now Lena.
We've already seen that her alien gun is useless against the World Killers, so maybe she left it at home. Hopefully the pistol she's carrying is loaded with K-bullets or something.
Only thing throwing me is that gun.
Personally, I'd like to keep the other Earth's out of it. No need to unnecessarily complicate the plot, and surely 31st century technology can easily replicate a person's blood, so no need for alt-Earth donors. Besides, the only other Earth they can travel to is Earth 1 using the portal device Cisco gave to Kara, so they'd have to involve Team Flash as well and it'd just get too messy.
Using the Legion's DNA seems like the most plausible scenario.
Maybe....Alex from a different Earth, needed for her blood to heal Alex? And to cover Winn, they just TELL us that's what happens. lol They can easily get that from Earth X Winn, who we don't need a backstory for. And maybe the Legion already has "connections" with Alex from a different Earth, so no need to create a total back story as to how they convince her to get her blood? Annnnnddd...then she insists on coming to help? lol But, more likely the DNA thing Matt reminded us of, being it's how they planned stopping Blight in the future. #MyBrainHurts
