We are still picking up our jaws from that incredible performance tonight! Jon Cryer's Lex Luthor was the smartest, yet most manipulative we've ever seen the character! It is impossible to not think that Lex has been controlling things from behind the scenes for a long time! He is just too good at it! From the looks of next week's episode, we are going to get to see just how Lex has been doing that as well as get a glimpse at his secret weapon! His "bended Kryptonian"! Looking at the synopses for the episodes, we are thinking Melissa was actually talking about "All About Eve" where Supergirl will have to face off against Red Daughter. House of L will likely include Red Daughter but we don't think it has all the awesomeness until "All About Eve"
Do either of you know if this is the Red Daughter-centric episode Melissa mentioned at the last con with Tyler?
Maybe Lex and Supergirl fight and in a desperate attempt to escape, Lex creates an explosion in the mansion and he tells her Lena's inside so, she rushes to save her friend. So many possibilities and so many days left before Sunday night!!!
Yes, it looks very, very promising. I have a feeling that Lex will use kryptonite because I don't think he can play it fair. He will likely want to win no matter what. Kara will probably lose this one but will get her revenge later. I wonder if she will find Lena in the mansion and help her.
It is. I actually made a comment in a Forum post last-night that this was the most excited I've been for an episode of Supergirl since Girl of Steel (S3 E1) and that was 18 months ago.
I'm excited because of what I'm anticipating to be a wonderful performance from Melissa and the EP's mentioned the episode starts with a Supergirl vs Lex Luthor fight which should be cool to watch.
