The Dark Side of the Moon Trailer

WOW! I am still in shock by EVERYTHING that happened from episode 319 (The Fanatical)! Now we are seeing that Argo is likely around and Mon-El and Kara are going to find Alura there alive!!!! The tag line from the trailer says, "Saving the Future, Uncovers the Past". Does this mean that Argo is in the past and that when Kara and Mon-El find it they traveled back in time or are they all alive and well in today's time? Very excited for this one! Catch the trailer below:

A CW scheduling note: CW has scheduled a repeat of this episode on Wednesday, May 30.
Next week, they have scheduled a repeat of "Not Kansas" on Wednesday, June 6.

I'm not upset that Mon-El is there because after all it was foreshadowed in the very first episode that he was going to be connected to this Alura business in some way. But I do think they should have found a way for Alex to also go with them.

I wonder if they are going to call Clark and have him meet the Kryptonians as well.

I definitely wonder whether the Kryptonians will try to persuade Kara to stay because there are so few of them left and she is torn between both worlds (sure, she fights badguys, but theoretically Clark is still around and J'onn and others). Or whether they will reject her for having assimilated too much.

Well if Kara decides to stay in Argo City, every super-villian on Earth (and every bad guy in National City) will be popping the champagne

"Supergirl is going to have something that will distinguish her from Superman - her Kryptonian parents."

Yes, just like it was in the Silver Age Action Comics!

" I smell both Allura and New Krypton for the 4th season."

Or if not New Krypton, at least Argo City...

Stew, I think more Supergirl fans would like to know about Argo City than New Krypton, even though the former was in the 1984 Supergirl movie.

I would love to see the New Krypton arc from the Supergirl comics myself, that will usher in Superwoman.

OK - that "space rock" with the dome over it is definitely Argo City!
And those glowing green exposed mineral veins are certainly kryptonite, with the covering apparently being lead. This is exactly the way it was described in the original Silver Age Action Comics :)

I would so love to see an episode where Eliza and Alex meet Kara's parents. The conversation would be wonderfully interesting. Eliza would be able to fill Allura in on so much of what she missed with Kara growing up. This is going to be good if they develop the storyline into its vast possibilities.

Kiwi and I were just discussing this the other day. Wouldn't it be cool to see a Mother/Daughter night with the four of them???!!

it may eliminate some pain in Kara to discover Argo City and her parents are alive. There will be guidance she has missed and the love of her natural,parents.. I believe that this could open up a significant series of storylines for future episodes.

I wonder if we are going to see her Father (Zor-El) or if it's just going to be Alura. If we don't see Zor-El I at least hope they mention him.

They definitely need to do that, it could happen in Episode 22 or 23 of this season if Alura comes back to Earth with Kara.

I am truly looking forward to this episode. Aside from the comic book history, it may eliminate some pain in Kara to discover Argo City and her parents are alive. There will be guidance she has missed and the love of her natural,parents.. I believe that this could open up a significant series of storylines for future episodes.
