So many of us are curious where the Arrowverse will be once the major crossover event, Crisis on Infinite Earths, is over. While we won't know for sure until January 14th, we are getting a first glimpse via the synopsis for season five episode nine titled "The Bottle Episode". This episode welcomes Jesse Rath's sister Meaghan Rath in the role of Brainy. Could this be an odd outcome from Crisis? The synopsis doesn't give us much more than that. The title does seem to hint at a contained episode! Check out the synopsis for yourself below:
MEAGHAN RATH GUEST STARS – The subsequent complications from the Crisis leave Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) to face a chaotic threat. Tawnia McKiernan directed the episode with story by Derek Simon and teleplay by Nicki Holcomb & Jen Troy (#510). Original airdate 1/19/2020.

Well, CW has to air new episodes sometime...
They know they'll take a hit. Like Kelly mentioned the +3 and +7 will bounce back, and those seem to carry more weight with CW than other networks.
As for the episode title, I look forward to a spirited Bottle Episode, but I'm hoping I don't need a bottle of spirits during the episode.
Speaking of season 10, my favorite arrangement of the old school H-5-O theme happens to be from season 10 (1977-1978); composed by Morton Stevens, but arranged by John Cacavas.
Thinking the same thing. Would be great to see that show up.
I thought the same thing last year when SG's return was also up again the NFL playoff leading into the Superbowl. The playoffs, the Oscar's and the Superbowl have a large diverse audience and need to be watched live. Scheduling against it makes little sense. Especially if there is a mini reboot attached. You are getting off on a bad footing.
I, like many, assumed the bottle episode may be Kandor related. I was thinking when they bring back Earth that maybe Argo is now in the bottle or perhaps Aurora or Aster is in Kandor.
Isn't this episode 10? I though 9 was part 1 of Crisis.
putting supergirl on sundays last year did it no favors. they had to take a lot of breaks unfortunately
Meh, it will pick up the viewers in +3 and +7...
