Exciting news for all your Comic Con goers out there! The Supergirl panel for the Biggest comic convention in the world has been announced finally! According to the unofficial SDCC blog, The CW is bringing all their shows to the main event including Supergirl. As for when Supergirl is going to be, its on Saturday July 22nd, at 3:30pm-4:10pm in Ballroom 20. This is what accompanied the panel's announcement:

Supergirl Special Video Presentation and Q&A — Ridding National City of Queen Rhea and her Daxamite army was a major win for Supergirl, but one that came at a significant cost, as Kara was forced to sacrifice her budding relationship with Mon-El. When season three returns with all-new supercharged adventures this fall on The CW, Kara and team will come up against a new threat in the form of DC Worldkiller, Reign. Want to know more about Reign and what she has in store for the Girl of Steel? Join the series’ cast and creative team for a special video presentation, followed by a Q&A where they’ll discuss this hot topic and more! From Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, Supergirl’s third season will debut Monday, October 9, at 8/7c on The CW.

Of course, Supergirl.tv will be there with our fancy Press badges trying to look professional and we'll do all we can to bring you the news from the event! Have they released the cast list for the panel? Love to know if Odette will be there!

They haven't. Filming begins tomorrow so I'm sure things are going to get going again soon. Comic Con is the only event where the cast and crew are required to attend via the studio. Sometimes the studio will help out with other conventions but SDCC being the biggest, they will likely bring the majority of the cast. Because filming will be underway, however, some may have to stay and or have abbreviated visits to stay on schedule.

Eric and Kelsey - thank you so much for providing us the opportunity to ask questions that we would otherwise not be able to ask because we cannot attend. I know it sometimes seems that we have numerous questions but never please mistaken our numerous questions for not being appreciative of your representing us at these conventions. Please know that we appreciate all that you both do for us and look forward to your coverage of the events. Take care.

I do hope someone brings up the lack of Kara/Alex focus & development. I really hope s3 is better in terms of their relationship as well as on Alex/J'onn development. That found family was the core of s1 and was sidelined way too much in s2 in favor of romances. As several critics have said, the show is at it's best when Kara & Alex are at the center.

It's a given Kara will be dealing with Reign as well as side villains (her lack of an arc was the biggest criticism of s2), so I hope that tptb are also asked about Alex and J'onn's personal storylines this season (and hopefully they aren't about ships). David has expressed how displeased he was w/ Cyborg Superman story, and Chyler has said many times she originally didn't want a love interest because she didn't want her character to become all about the romance and Danvers sisters to be sidelined so although she likes Sanvers she probably wants more for her character.

I agree with you Makasi_K- ditto on what you said and I really do hope that the question regarding the sister moments is asked as well as one regarding J'onn's character development. I too am really hoping for less romance this season. Also, I hope they are able to salvage the James character. He was such an integral part of season one and helped to give SuperGirl a great Season one. He is a good supporting character and deserves better then what he has received.

Also please if you can bring up the adorable friendship developed between Alex and Winn to the producers or Chyler/Jeremy. It was one of the best things that came of s2 and I really want them to get more development in s3.

I also want to see more of the friendship between Mon-El and Winn in season 3. These 2 are so fun together.

Bless you, you lovely human person.

Jordan.... Bah ha ha ha ha ha

But, yes yes and yes Makasi_k. I thought about Alex and Winn all season. Chyler's reactions to Winn's quarkiness, too, were some of her funniest moments of Season 2.
