Ever since season 1 of Supergirl, Barry and Kara have had some kind of special connection that audiences love. Further more with their musical backgrounds on Glee, fans have been dying for this musical event since they were seamingly cast in their title roles! Well tonight we can finally get our first look at Barry and Kara singing their hearts out, though not really in the trailer. Regardless, next week at this time, we are going to be rocking and rolling with the Girl of Steel and the Scarlett Speedster! Check out the video below:

And uh, spoiler...THEY ACTUALLY ARE SINGING. This adds massive street cred.
By the way I saw the video and Melissa's little Vanna White spin in her cute 40's outfit...RING-A-DING-DING!

I know, right? Hee hee!
Well in the EW article, Kara's favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz, thus the little reference there. As I've been saying on this topic if this works (though it's a Flash episode) and something is done on Supergirl a couple of years down the road like this, do not be surprised if Melissa is singing "Over The Rainbow." I would expect it to be in 2019, the 80th Anniversary of the classic film with an Oz like motif behind it.
But that's way forward thinking.
HA HA HA HA!
Ha, well we'd love to do that but we'd need a bigger staff! But thank you!
Here we go talking about screen time before the episode even airs. Remember this is actually a Flash episode, Kara's a guest too. We will have a Supergirl episode on Monday. It's about quality not quantity. See if you enjoy the show more if you stop getting out a stopwatch or letting your feelings about a character alter your perception of how much screen time they get.
