Stranger Beside Me Trailer

WOW, first Batwoman then Supergirl! Might be twice the amount of work for us but it's also twice the enjoyment! Supergirl really set the stage for a complex season 5! Will Andrea Rojo ease her tight grip of the Cat Co employees? Will she be friend or foe? Lena and Kara, yikes! Lena really has started to embrace her Luthor side and has gone even as far as creating a new technological friend. As for Ma'alefa'ak, he is going to be a hard hitting foe! Judging by this trailer for the new episode next week, he's taken Alex's form right? RIGHT?

I love the two shows back to back but I hate seeing SG numbers suffer again this season.

The BW backstory was a good choice as opposed to just picking up after Elseworlds.

Wow... Lena possessed Eve with her AI Hope. Eve is basically a Stepford girl now. I think I enjoyed that reveal the most from this episode. You could so tell the actress is preggers in real life. I was hoping they'd write it in... Eve expecting a little Luthor would be kinda awesome.

It was disappointing to see Supergirl drop below 1 million viewers in it's new time slot. Still higher than most on CW but disappointed to see it none the less.

I was unable to DVR SG as our local Cox guide had an encore of Nancy Drew listed and didnt record SG. Also, all the previews for this week's Supergirl were repeated from the previous week like they were reairing the season premiere again.

Very confusing.

It took me a quick minute to figure out the song being played at the end of SG was Girls Just Want to Have Fun. It was a bit eerie.

No new videos for this episode other than the trailer; you know sneak peeks. Usually a sign of no confidence, or CW just did not want to put one out.

But there will be a conflict...for me anyway. The night this airs is game 2 of the American League Championship Series between my Yankees and the Houston Astros (Yankees won game one 7-0 and lead 1-0). The game is on Fox Sports 1, which is on my cable system. Looks like some going back and forth. But if I get the feeling the episode is bad or there's too much of season 4 writing, I tune in to the game.

I was thrown a curve ball. I thought Lena's new tech friend was going to be M1dn1ght or Midnight. I was thrown when J'onn revealed he imprisoned her. Melissa Benoist was in top form going from her heartfelt confession to Lena to her childlike excitement when she realized her new suit had pants. Bravo.

What a great combo.... Batwoman and Supergirl!
