Stand and Deliever Gallery

Kara Danvers has faced off against Agent Liberty and Ben Lockwood. She debated Ben on live TV which she did well at but Ben got the upper hand and his own show. Judging by the images for episode 414 Stand and Deliver, it might be Alex's turn to face off against Ben Lockwood. With his new position on the President's administration, Director Danvers and Colonel Haley could be answering to him! That's not all though, Brainy and J'onn join the march for alien rights and Supergirl and Dream patrol to protect all the parties! Check out the images below!

Looks like another political stinker episode. They really need to end this story line with the Elite and the Children of Liberty. How about some Red Meat for the most patient fans in the world.

If you are referring to Red Daughter, she was always a side show. Main focus has always been social psycho Ben Lockwood....and The Elite are adding some new tension to the story. David Ajala as Manchester Black playing mind games, pushing all of the heroes into defensive emotional corners.
I have to disagree with this part, only because the Red Daughter was the cliff-hanger from last season. While she may not have been front and center for the first couple of episodes, as the cliff hanger, she should be playing a bigger role by this point in the season. No one that I know of would expect to read a sequel to a novel that had a cliffhanger and not have it addressed until 3/4's through the next book.

Picture 11 : I have a feeling that the Super Friends are looking up proudly at Supergirl.

Picture 15 : I love how the Super Friends look at each other with such love and respect. Plus, so happy to see Supergirl smile at Brainy. Since Brainy met Kara during her coma, I feel the writers have not spent enough time on their friendship. Sure, they see each other and battle ennemies together but they really don't talk. It seems Brainy and Alex have a closer relationship. And now, Nia gets to work closely with Brainy. I think one of the problem on this show, and I've said it before : too many arcs and new characters= not enought time to explore Kara's relationships. One good example : Lena and Kara's friendship. Sometimes, I forget they are friends. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm happy that Lena and Alex are working together and sharing a secret but again, that takes away potential good scenes featuring Kara.

I also agree with you Digital Diva that Alex is being asked to guard Ben Lockwood. This may be the last push of her going against what she believes in and it may be what it takes to help bring back her memory ( the straw that broke the camel's back).

Or to quote that noted philosopher Popeye..."That's all I can stands, I can't stands no more!"

Who in CW's promotion division thought "What will gear people up for the next Supergirl episode? I know! Crowd shots--lots of crowd shots--with signs!"

On the bright side, that is some epic side eye from Alex! If looks could kill, Ben's problems would be all over.

It should prove to be quite interesting to see how things go down. I'll definitely be watching. ;-)

This episode looks like it should be good and maybe the climax to this alien vs human plot - I hope so, that way we can get to the next plot of Lex Luthor. From the pictures, the definition given to us before definitely is displayed: "Quentin is a wide-eyed government attaché who is grateful when Supergirl saves his life. However, when he shows his true colors by attending an anti-alien rally, Supergirl aims to prove to Quentin that not all aliens are bad."

I feel that since Manchester has the ring which gives him the ability of flight that he is the one they are looking at in the last few pictures up in the air. I feel that during this outbreak SuperGirl takes whatever side needs to be helped at the time thus displaying that she is on the third side which is we all need to learn how to live together.

I also agree with you Digital Diva that Alex is being asked to guard Ben Lockwood.

I believe that Alex is being made to protect Ben Lockwood and that is the job that Haley assigns her that clashes with Alex's beliefs.

I think that Kara is wearing the cloak to cover her suit so as not to take attention away from the purpose of the march. Plus she always wants to not be taking sides. Supergirl marches then it looks like she sides with the Elite.
