A little over forty-one days left until Supergirl kicks of their senior season (fourth). Melissa Benoist has been back filming for over two weeks now and most of the catch up scenes that needed to be filmed (to account for her absence while on Broadway) are almost done. This means that episode 401 - 404 are nearly all in the can. The show is moving back into a normal production schedule and because of this, we are getting episode titles for the next round of episodes, 405 - 407. 405 is titled "Parallax", 406 is titled "Call to Action", and 407 is titled "Rather the Fallen Angel". For us, these titles don't give much to go on but the one that stands out the most is "Call to Action". We know from a few spoilers we've gotten that the Children of Liberty are growing their ranks (you can check that out in the spoilers section). Our thinking is that episode 406 is going to be a pivotal moment for the Children of Liberty and their crusade against the aliens on Earth.

Couldn’t agree more with this at some point it has to be real.
Or it could be a fallout with anyone else. Lena isn't a centrepiece right now.
But with all the edgy villain posturing they've been doing for her, indeed it better amount to something at a point.
Actually, the one I'm most intrigued by is 4.07 "Rather the Fallen Angel", as it seems a reference to 'writer of stuff' Peter David's follow-up comics series to his Supergirl run (which readers at the time originally thought the lead was Linda Danvers hiding under a new name).
Trivia note: Greg Berlanti was a producer on the 2011 Green Lantern movie, although he and the WB film division are probably hoping enough time has passed that fans have mostly forgotten that box office miss.
However, the Parallax concept didn't originate with that flick, so one could surmise that it probably will be used in a different fashion in this series.....and with this thought in mind, keep an eye on Agent Jensen when he initially shows up this season. :)
I can live with Supergirl having 22 episodes if the other shows do too. I just don't want the haters to blame Melissa or say the network isn't committed to the show. I'm thinking Stephen Amell used his sway to convince the network that 23 show episodes plus crossover episodes isn't doable for the cast and crew.
