Here comes Psi, the most powerful telepath anywhere. So powerful that even J'onn is making note of her abilities! That right there has to tell you something! On top of that, she is looking to wield people's own fears against them. Sounds like the perfect kind of obstacle for Supergirl to overcome! We are thinking we will learn a lot about Kara and her current state when Psi sinks her mental fangs into Kara's fragile mind! The thing that bugs me is that, in the comics, Psi is usually presented as an anti-hero or as someone who is being manipulated. She saved Supergirl and Batgirl in their recent trip to the Phantom Zone. To make her just plain bad disappoints me.

Black Mercy wasn't telepathy and is Kryptonian in origin. Apparently Psi has been messing with Kara's mind in the comics for decades. I read somewhere that her powers have an element of magic, a known Kryptonian weakness.
