Next week's Supergirl was written by fan favorite comicbook writer Sterling Gates as well as new Executive Producer Jessica Queller! Fans of our site know that this episode is actually the Valentines Day episode, not episode 212 like was reported earlier in press releases. He could have survived exploding, because it seemed like the "Parasite slug" slithered away by itself after the body exploded. So it could have found another host to infect.
Also, when Red Tornado's body exploded (or vaporized), it looked like something flew off backwards in a spiral motion, probably the android's artificial intelligence. So Red Tornado could come back, too (although it hasn't yet reappeared).
Any idea what song is playing in the background?
I knew he was coming back, but I thought it would be at the end of the episode. Hmm, interesting.
Did Mxy use his powers to bring him there? Or did he actually survive exploding??

Or for that matter the cast? I wonder if there might be some little video of the cast to promote this show having a devil of a time trying to say Mxyzptlk before cracking up? I'd like to see Melissa and Chyler try it just for a few laughs since they are the ones most likely to lose it.
