"It's here, the end of days, and in its wake many cowards and killers and vile men will burn. And they will call it World Killer. Her rise will come and fall before righeous and she will Reign". That is possibly the most awesome intro quote to an episode we've heard! While we are literally still in the middle of the crossover event, the shows don't stop, at least for another week. The mid-season finale of Supergirl, episode 309 "Reign" now has a trailer and it is DARK! Reign makes Overgirl look like a kitten! Check it out below:

I think this too, if only because of the early articles that said some will think she's too far gone, and others think she can be saved. So by at least midseason people will discover her Sam identity i think.
Actually they aren’t even close to equals because you have to remember, kryptonian vs kryptonian SUPER WEAPON. That is like human vs meta huan. And Kara is the human.
I think they clearly had more ideas for him as Guardian than they have ideas for him at CatCo. At least with Guardian they could explore some interesting issues what it means to be heroic as a human.
And yeah I think constantly talking about how they thought the Guardian storyline was over and that that was the last of it does constitute bashing.
It might not have been the strongest storyline, but can you genuinely look at what James has been doing season 3 and go that that is stronger material? Guardian adds layers to James. They don't have to keep it forever, but if they end it I want a proper storyline on why he gave it up.
It might not be the strongest storyline of the show, but within the storylins James has had? It's not like James and Lucy was a strong storyline and James as boss at CatCO has been poorly written whenever it came up. Even Guardian had better writing.
James has been with the show since season 1, I would hate to lose him, but if he stays I want him to have a good story.
Sam isn't Kara's boss, Lena is...Sam is over L-Corp not Catco.
I don't see that happening though, I know that many people here want Supergirl seriously beaten to near death even and apart from the fact that I don't want the show to go that dark, Supergirl and Reign should be equals so I think she won't get beaten that easily, for Supergirl it will be about finding that little extra to defeat Reign at the end of the season.
