Star Wars reference aside, after tonight's all new episode, we are certainly learning who the Phantom Menaces are and where they are going to make their stand. A two-front war, Supergirl and her father in the Phantom Zone, and team Supergirl right here in National City. With the fracturing of The Phantom Zone due to Crisis on Infinite Earths, Kara may be away for a while. Add to that Lex Luthor still being in the picture, there is a lot our heroes have to contend with in this final season! Check out the trailer for the next new episode below:

Supergirl has added Peta Sergeant (Snowfall, The Originals) in the series-regular role of Nyxly, a quirky and kind Fifth Dimensional imp who was wrongly imprisoned in the Phantom Zone, Deadline reports.

Fantastic trailer. This season is fantastic - I love the way Alex is behaving just like we would expect her to behave if her sister was missing and J'onn is that pillar of strength that the team needs. Also noticed that Kara is in this Episode - making me think that the writers wrote her in all the episodes and she is backfilling them which means we may see her in all the beginning episodes that we thought she would not be in. That would be nice.

I am looking forward to Alex's and Kelly's scenes... I (mistakenly) thought we'd get a good Alex/Kelly scene this week, as well as more Kara in the PZ.
