With only 21 days until the premiere of Supergirl's final season, there remains a lot unknown about what The Girl of Steel will face in her last go-round on The CW's perfectly crafted Arrowverse. Due to Covid-19, there are a few plot lines that need to be cleared up from last season as well as laying the groundwork for the story arc going forward. One thing we can confirm for you today is that Young Kara and Young Alex are set to make a return in this final season! Olivia Nikkanen and Izabela Vidovic were spotted in Vancouver a while back and official sources have confirmed for Supergirl.tv that they are indeed making a return in Supergirl's final season. Which episode remains unclear but we imagine it's one of the earlier episodes. Could this be the episode Chyler Leigh directs? Regardless, we are so excited to see these two talents return!

The titles of episode 5 & 6(Chyler's directorial debut) are titled,"Prom Night" and "Prom Again!" This seems to confirm Olivia Nikkanen and Izabela Vidovic are in both episodes I think.Also I think episode 6 involves time travel.I explain why in the thread linked above.

I love these two! I would heartily support a spinoff of Midvale! We’ve had a lot of Superman incarnations and it’s time for another perspective of the Girl of Steel. It would be an ideal replacement to heal our hearts missing Supergirl after this season.

Best News Ever!!! I love these two actresses. That would be wonderful if this is the episode Chyler directs but it doesn't matter - I would enjoy seeing these two actresses no matter who is directing the episode. Also they are the only two actresses with a history and storyline that I would not complain if the episode was Melissa lite.

Should be a good episode or two. I'm also expecting to see Helen Slater playing mama Danvers in this as well. Ought be fun!

Nice to have the young Danvers sisters episode officially confirmed. All unconfirmed information and common sense point to this being the episode Chyler directed.

It’s a rare thing to have younger actors capable of portraying characters in flashbacks so well that entire flashback episodes can be done. Supergirl scored big time in getting two such younger actors in Izabela and Olivia. They not only portray the characters but the key relationship between them to perfection. This isn’t officially confirmed (unless the admins have additional info) but I’d bet as a bonus we’ll also get Helen Slater in this episode, she said over the summer she was scheduled to appear in season six. I’m predicting this is one Melissa light episode that fans won’t complain about.

I cannot wait to see. "Midvale" is in my Hall of Fame for episodes throughout the series. We can only hope that it can be a sequel. It was so good, I hoped for a summer replacement series based on that. Oh well.

Glad they're returning. I'd like to see them interact with Melissa and Chyler through time travel means.

They need to move to Superman and Lois when Supergirl ends.
