Pestilence is coming and since she becomes Blight in the future, Saturn Girl makes a bold and powerful statement! "I'm from the future and she becomes Blight, you fail". That right there is the reason why the Legion has returned to this time to stop the powerful Pestilence before she can become something much much worse! Just how bad is Pestilence? I'm thinking Winn gets sick before Alex so they can do yet another emotional gut punch where Kara, with everyone else, is struggling with the idea that there seems to be no way of saving Winn- and then Alex falls into the same seemingly doomed state. I feel like we'd be getting some sign of them being in the future in upcoming episode descriptions, but it would be very cool to see.
Hmmm yeah, and Martian manhunter is there looking serious. So guessing the Sam is Reign reveal happens for Kara next episode too. Maybe they are going to try to insist taking her to the DEO. Also seeing a split Sam getting to talk to her alter ego is awesome.
Looks like Mon-El takes on Pestilence at some point? And looks like Imra uses her powers to create a force-field to keep IN the plague so that it doesn't reach the city.

P.S....just had a thought. What If...to try and save Winn and Alex, they eventually have to take them to the future to treat them? Winn appears to get the plague before Alex? Either that, or we just don't see Alex in the other bed, yet. Either way, not sure they can cure them this episode. Perhaps THAT'S why we've seen Alex in the other "updated" suite and look? Hmmm....
Except they appear to be in the DEO HQ, to judge from the background. Who is punched out the window? Lots of interesting puzzles here.
