Musical Crossover Images

Last night we got a very short look at what the musical crossover was going to feel like. As we've heard before, the majority of the singing and dancing will take place on the Flash portion of the two night event, which was further enforced by the trailer for episode 216 featuring Teri Hatcher and Kevin Sorbo released last night. Regardless, today we have our first real look at the Music Meister, the 1940's setting, and J'onn J'onzz meeting team flash! Check it out below:

WOW, Grant Gustin looks like a young Fred Astaire! Can't wait for this episode! Let us know what you're thinking in the comments below and in the Entertainment Weekly! Keep our record tracks clean and without advertisements and visit the support page!

The hit version in the uk was by a South African Danny Williams. It reached No.1 in the UK. It is my favourite version primarily because this is the one I used to hear as a teenager. But I suspect I will like MB's version even better!!

Here's Jerry Butler's R&B version of "Moon River", complete with lyrics. I believe that is the late and great Curtis Mayfield on guitar!

By the way, in my ongoing series of Supergirl fan fiction stories, I've had Kara playing guitar (ever since her days at Midvale High School), and sometimes making guest appearances onstage with local bands in National City. Maybe next time I'll have her do Mayfield's accompaniment on "Moon River"!

That is a great rendition, which I had never heard before. Thanks.

It was a huge hit all up and down the Eastern US coastline.
Here it is listed at #2 on WCOP radio in Boston:

Update: I actually did write that story yesterday. I posted a link to my Facebook page in the Forum last night.

In the early 1960s this teenager sat in a Minneapolis theater watching Audrey Hepburn sing "Moon River" on her apartment fire escape, and fell in love. Now it seems like I've come full circle. This will be beyond fabulous!

And yes, I remember it, too!
But I still think that Jerry Butler had the best version of "Moon River". Murray the K used to play it all the time on his "Swingin' Soiree" show on WINS in New York back then!

"It would be amazing to hear a cover of ''Misty'' by Frank Sinatra"

I like Johnny Mathis' version even better :-)

Great memories! Thanks for sharing, Stewart.

One of my favorite 1960's songs "Moon River" will be sung by Melissa Benoist! I'm so looking forward to that and I'm sure she's going to nail it. :D

I heard the songs will be released on Google Play/iTunes right after the episode airs. Take my money!

Is Winn like not actually going to E1 but just appearing as a hallucination in the dream world? If so that's kinda disappointing

Yep I'm afraid it's most likely.
