Yesterday was yet another exciting moment for the Girl of Steel, Melissa Benoist! She walked away from the Teen Choice Awards a winner this year taking the highly competitive Choice Action TV Actress category! Melissa was up against some tough competition including, Caity Lotz – (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow), Candice Patton – (The Flash), Chloe Bennet – (Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Danielle Panabaker – (The Flash) and finally, Emily Bett Rickards – (Arrow). We want to congratulate Melissa on her win last night and thank her for all the incredible work she's done as Supergirl!

Congratulations, Melissa! It's great that all of the hours that she has put in, during the season and off to improve her craft, has paid off. She's one of the hardest working actors that I have followed.
