Deadline.com is reporting that Azie Tesfai, known for role as detective Nadine Hanson on the first two seasons of the CW’s Jane The Virgin and more recently, NCIS: Los Angeles, The Real O’Neals, Rosewood, and Superstore, has been cast as James Olsen's sister, Kelly Olsen! This isn't the first time "Jimmy" has had a sibling though. On Smallville, the real Jimmy Olsen was actually the younger brother of the Jimmy we saw in the series. James' sister is described as:
Kelly is an intelligent and insightful woman who spent time in the military in order to pay for medical school. She’s recently discharged from the military and is currently finishing her training as a psychiatrist. She’s got a large heart and cares deeply about others.
With the recent news that Lex Luthor will appear in the Arrowverse and because we know he isn't in the crossover, it is likely to assume that we won't see Kelly until 2019.
