Fun fact
Tamzin Merchant who plays Lyra had played the Mother of Dragons in the original pilot of Game of Thrones. After negative feedback the episode was reshot, with some casting replaced, her included. GRR Martin actually said her performance as Daenerys was good and no reason was given for replacement.
