My Favourite anime is overlord and My Favourite manga is murabito desu ga Nani Ka? and I think this is one of the best manga and anime.
It has been too long since I watched anime, and I can't say I'm very knowledgeable about it. The best I remember offhand was Witch Hunter Robin. It had a nice, murky X-files vibe to it.
