Here's the link to my latest Supergirl fan fiction story, "Breakfast at Midvale High". It was inspired by the upcoming musical episodes of the TV show, in which Kara will sing "Moon River".
Hope you like it!

Here's a link to a video of Jerry Butler's version of "Moon River", featuring the bluesy guitar riff that Kara plays in the story::

And yes, "Moon River" actually was a hit in California in the 60s!
Here it is at #20 (down from #18 the week before) at KROY radio in Sacramento:

Stewart,

Wonderful. Too bad we can't turn these into graphic versions.

I would if I had any artistic ability - but unfortunately, I don't! :(

"They are so fun and enjoyable."

Thanks! :)

Stewart, your mad genius work strikes again! Although for the scene in the locker room where Kara makes her change she could shirt rip, enter cut to the incident, then back to the locker room where Kara has finished changing to Supergirl. And being as it is Saturday and perhaps no sporting events at Midvale, she can find an unused locker and put her Kara clothes away.

Sort of like the change scene in the Wonder Woman episode Wonder Woman meets Baroness Von Gunther, which MeTV aired last night (they are going back to the beginning of these eps as part of Super Sci-Fi Saturday Night.

And you know the music teacher Jeff Edwards was I think perhaps a deviation on the late great game show host and LA radio personality Geoff Edwards. He hosted game shows such as Treasure Hunt, Jackpot, Play The Percentages and a game show in the 80'a video game freaks still remember to this day, Starcade.

He also was one of the many great DJ's who worked in the 70's at KMPC 710, a Middle of The Road Full Service station in Hollywood once dubbed The Station of The Stars. Many other game show hosts or announcers worked there including Wink Martindale, the late great Gary Owens and the late Jim Lange. KMPC is now KSPN ESPN 710
