I saw this on a Melissa Benoist fansite on I-G. Not so sure as to the original source, but it shows a behind the scene of an episode from way back in season 2...namely Supergirl Lives directed by Kevin Smith. It's the scene where Kara is changing to Supergirl after telling Mon-El to head to the DEO. Near the end of the video...with ears fully open, listen for a giggle from Melissa.
