Wonderful stories with the Silver Age red K effects. I thought the solution was very imaginative and the red K effects, more a flu, a good plot device. I like the interplay of Maggie, Susan, and Kor-El. You need to, however, include Alex in future stories! Great on!

This has SILVER AGE written all over it Stewart. and I LOVE the Hal Jordan GL reference even down to the oath of the Guardians of the universe...he's the GL I read in comics. But there is a female GL in the New 52 universe. Her name...Jessica Cruz



Ironically since Supergirl is supposed to be about love, there is an oath to Star Sapphire (aka Carol Ferris, Hal Jordan's love interest in one canon). She wears a violet ring but is sometimes a hero, sometimes a villain. Her oath...

I really don't know if Green Lantern will appear in any of my future stories or not. While I was writing this one, I came up with the idea of Kara getting an emerald ring (to counteract the effects of the red K). Of course, a ring with a green gemstone immediately made think of GL, so I wrote him into the story
