Thanks, Argo! Yes, I used nitrogen for the inert gas asphyxiation trap last time, so I figured I'd go with the helium this time 
Did you like the part near the end where Ruby started to make the Kara = Supergirl connection? I wanted it to come as a surprise to Kara (and it also highlights Ruby's innate intelligence and perceptiveness).
