The Pure Positivity Thread

I will start.

This site is boss. Eric and Kelsey are legends (of today and tomorrow) for coming up with this. Must have taken hard work to create and manage too. A million thanks.

This is one of the most well made fan sites I’ve seen and the only one I use. I don’t normally like tying myself into fangroups and was highly skeptical about fansites, SGTV included when I first saw. But the discussions taking place here, back two years ago, were so vivid and interesting I had to make an account, and, no regrets here.

Most people here are so respectful and tolerant. We have the few extreme fans of fringe currents like ships now and then but regardless eventually it all ends in peace. The majority of people here like the show for good, tasteful reasons, much unlike what you might see on Twitter or IGN of either extreme shippers or people sexualising the lead.

And beyond that, in my bad days this site has been great stress and anxiety relief. It has grown beyond a mere fan site and is edging towards a mini social network. And I have faith this site will only evolve further.

I will second Fedguy's sentiments.

I like this forum. I appreciate the work that Eric and Kelsey do here. And, I am glad Supergirl inspired two people to do this.

And I really am fond of Supergirl the show and its cast. I love Kara, I love Alex, and I love J'onn. I love the Danvers sisters' relationship; my favourite part of the show.

And, I like Kara's and Alex's relationship with J'onn.

I really like Winn and Winn-Alex relationship and am okay (at times more than okay) with Lena, James and Sam.

And.. I am glad the writers and show runners (and the cast, especially, the main cast) gave us a show that we could look forward to every week (I do at least).

Pretty much what has gone before.

A big fan of Chyler and David.
The sisters' relationship is key, with each other and with Jonn
The only show I have to watch on TV and many of my family join for a group viewing
An excellent core membership of this site, all evidently supporting the show
And all nicely brought into focus by Eric and Kelsey

You want pure positivity, go see "Wonder" it is full of it, but take some kleneex with you.

Izabela Vidovic was excellent in it. Honestly though, had I not known she was the actress who plays young Kara, I wouldn't have known it.

OMG you guys, you are all so sweet for saying! This being Thanksgiving, I'd like to echo what I said on an earlier news post. Without you guys, there wouldn't be a Supergirl.tv. We could write and write and write but with no one to read it or interact with us, we'd be sending our message into the digital void. Supergirl.tv is what it is because of you guys, the way you all handle yourselves and your desire to own what you say and not just add to the mass volume about this show but to listen as well. Because of that, the community here is the safe-haven its been where we can argue, disagree and come to an understanding about our favorite show. Kelsey and I really appreciate you all!
