I advise caution with TeePublic. There are a lot of unlicensed pieces of art on there and corporations looking to project their brand could be slapping cease and desist orders on the creators not TeePublic. Tee Public makes it clear that the artists are responsible for their work. For example, the alex danvers shirt in the link, I would imagine Pop in Everett Washington, if notified, would not be pleased about this shirt.
Additionally, I have had some of my own artwork stolen from this site and used as original tshirt ideas. I've had to go through the process of getting them removed.
This is why we spent some much time on our own tshirt designs. We wanted them to have the feel of Supergirl but not violate copyright laws or other's work.
