Sick new poster

I am curious. By "sick" do you mean bad? Or...how you say"That is sick" about a serial killer doing some weird stuff to a body?

Why do you think that about this poster?

When I saw the title, I thought I'd skip the thread because I thought it was about some fan manipulations; which I believe is not everyone's cup of tea.

On the other hand, if you mean something else, what is that (it is not snark; I really want to know)? Is this one of the times when use of English slang baffles the non-native speaker very much? (The other day, I read someone use "Wtf" to mean good. I was surprised because I have always seen it as bad.)
