Season 4 BTS Randoms

Wooowhoo... one of my favorites BTS from any Supergirl season...not just because its a sister moment, but also because I love seeing the acting process--them receiving direction, and how they react to said direction.

Very cool, it's good to see Alex still out in the field and in her suit. In one of the still shots it looks like she's got her "alien gun". I wonder if Director Danvers is going to reconsider the whole phasing out deadly weapons thing, especially without Winn to develop the non-lethal arsenal.

Ok, question. I'm currently watching this on my phone, and not a monitor. So, does Melissa keep laughing at the beginning after director yells action, and they have to stop the scene twice? Lol I can't imagine Kara smiling with smoke and people running everywhere.

I love how the author is trying to start some kind of rumor or controversy, because Melissa was showing someone the tattoo on her left wrist. Trying to say "Did Supergirl get a tattoo?". Melissa's had that tattoo since before she started this role. I'm willing to bet it's why they went with the sleeves that wrap around the thumbs. Helps conceal the ink.

Ha ha yeah, Kiwi... I noted that, too, from YVRshoots. Always excited when I see them post those Supergirl filming notices.

Now that Melissa is back on set, thought we could go ahead and create a thread of any BTS stuff we may come across and/or want to discuss.

Ha ha that PA...."you're welcome to stay..." dude this is in Canada in a public venue, they can't get rid of you if they tried.....ha ha

In fairness, before the video cut off, it sounded like the PA was gonna say that they are welcome to stay, but that they need to be quiet on set, due to filming. It's kinda their job.

Ha ha! John Freer! I zoomed in on her book, too, and read up on it. And, was like, "Dang, Melissa. That's some deep readin."

Apropos of nothing, but it appears that Ms. Benoist is reading "Blitzed: Drugs in the Third Reich" by Norman Ohler. Interesting book, that points out the rampant use of methamphetamine in the Wehrmacht and posits the strong possibility that Hitler was fully addicted to pharmaceutical morphine (under the trademark Eukadol) by the end of the war.
I guess she must be one of these actors that reads the script once and knows all her lines...
