Melissa is also going to appear at Heroes and Villans Nashville July 8-9

It will be interesting to see if she actually gets to do that....that is some flight planning for sure.

I respect and adore the work she does, but I have learned to NEVER buy convention tickets if Melissa is the only person there I wanna see. She's cancelled every con appearance, extremely last minute, over the past 2 years except for SDCC, which is likely a part of her contract or something.

Hopefully means they're allocating more time to film the crossovers. Looks like more like 9 1/2 months of filming.

The more episodes the better and with more time to film hopefully that means more SuperGirl action. I also hope that the crossover this year is really based in SuperGirl's domain for a change. Either way, I can't wait for season 3 to begin.

More from Supergirl should be able to be in the Crossover since they have included shut down days for Supergirl this year, they weren't able to schedule them in last year....so we had an ep of less Melissa and no others in the crossover. That won't be the case this year. They have been able to schedule in those shut down days so we should see more in the crossover. Who it will be is anyone's guess, and since they are going to properly include Supergirl into the crossover, it doesn't really matter if others go to Star City or Central City....hopefully some of their crew gets to come to National City instead.

while Melissa is the quintessential Supergirl, her abilities as an actress are undeniable. Sadly, but understandablely her talents are in demand all the time! While we all hope and wish she could join us for our conventions, I don't think any of us can fault her for canceling when her job and profession outside of Supergirl demands it.
