Lyle Waggoner, foil on ‘The Carol Burnett Show,’ dies at 84

Of course, I remember him from Carol Burnett's legendary show, but he'll always be Steve Trevor opposite Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman.

Speaking of Lynda...she posted this at her Instagram...

Lyle Waggoner was a memorable colleague and co-star, but he was also a friend. His kindness meant the world to me when I was very young and just starting my career. Lyle and I last spoke in 2018 and I’m so glad we had the chance to catch up. We talked about how lucky we both were to be surrounded by such wonderful family and friends. I will miss you, Lyle.

That's wild!

I can actually see him working well in the earliest episodes, which were a bit darker and played straighter.

Agree West and Ward were perfect and enabled it to become the glorious campfest I remember fondly.
