Recap of my feelings about this week:

The flash really good, I like the inclusion of the Elongated Man. especially as a recurring character for this season. He seems really interesting.

Also Legends, Zari is working out well for the team. I loved how the Dominators were included again, outside of a crossover.

Arrow....Oliver is becoming a side character in his own show I'm starting to worry. Hopefully after the crossover this will be fixed. Black Siren was good.

I first thought he was a jerk of a detective, but then when it was the mayor that was doing the dirty deeds to cover up an affair, well that's when I began to feel sorry for Ralph. And even Gypsy's dad was a comical villain though maybe a little over the top. But once again this was a fun and funny episode.

Also Legends, Zari is working out well for the team. I loved how the Dominators were included again, outside of a crossover.

I got an ET feeling about this episode and was delighted in some of those 1980's easter eggs, including a dedication to the iconic bike scene which would become the logo for Amblin Entertainment (TRIVIA). And even Sara cried! I must admit Neil Diamond's "Heartlight" which was inspired by ET was playing in my head. The 1982 top 5 smash, which was released about a month before my grandfather died :( is among a few songs where I admit I cry. I must also say Zari's hero outfit looked like Joanna Cameron's classic TV outfit given a 21st century boost. I do like Legends funnier and wittier tone, the time council on the other hand...

Arrow....Oliver is becoming a side character in his own show I'm starting to worry. Hopefully after the crossover this will be fixed. Black Siren was good.

That may be the show's Jump The Shark moment. The Crossover must fix things which might and or should result in Oliver Queen no longer being mayor of Star City.

Felt sorry for Wally and Jesse. So I guess Kara doesn't get to take on another speedster in the crossover...that scene, a little contrived I must say, though did not take away from another fun and funny at times Flash episode. The minute I heard Frank Sinatra, that was the cherry on top. And also a little Laurel and Hardy/Three Stooges physical comedy mixed in as well.

A little OT, but...Ironically, Becky met her end at a slot machine. On Tuesday TBS began airing the new version of the classic game show The Joker's Wild, hosted by rapper Snoop Dogg. As Becky was trying to get the three cherries to continue her winning streak and Central City's bad luck...I was going "Joker. Joker...The Flash!" I'm a little silly this way. :p

By the way, I am still down for a pre-order for season 4 on DVD...thank you!

Really not a fan of how Wally and Jesse were written off.

Also interesting addition of Zari for Legends. Im curious to see how she'll interact with Supergirl if at all on the crossover.

I thought it was about time Wally went, because he's like Guardian for The Flash. But, yeah, poorly handled

Wally's departure at the end felt rushed and contrived. No one even tried to help him change his mind and just basically said yes go! :D

Yeah and I mean they even presented a reason why he should stay with getting another sibling! So I mean he just ran off.... Well I mean they want to bring in Elongated Man this season so I can see them wanting to save on the cgi but still.

Meanwhile Oliver Queen has become totally pointless now that Diggle can easily double as Green Arrow

Finally got to watch The Flash Season 4 Episode 3 tonight and enjoyed it, Cisco and Harry (welcome back Tom Cavanagh) were a lot of fun and I liked the actress that played Becky. The Thinker continues to be an intriguing villain, good choice for this season.

So Oliver's not even fighting as Green Arrow at the moment?. How's Oliver's relationship with his son going?, enjoying that story-line?.

The father/son thing is coming along nicely, but Arrow is a bit rocky rn

I really love The Thinker. Aside from not being a speedster, he also injects wit and quips and is a man of refined tastes as in classical music.

And as I mentioned in a past post there has been some physical comedy points and wild comedy even from Candice Patton in that scene in the church. Three shows in and hands down The Flash is bringing the fun back. I wish Supergirl could do that and lay off the politics.

One might be forgiven to think the producers have ties with the Democratic Party and are given incentives to act as their mouth piece.
