Some of the long-time readers of my Supergirl fan-fiction stories have been asking when I will be posting my next installment. Unfortunately, it seems that the well has finally begun to run dry. It's not that I haven't tried to write more, but new plotlines just haven't been materializing like they used to. I've done just about every conceivable action-adventure situation I can think of for my favorite fictional character. I've written a number of hostage situations, and maybe even more bomb threats (and tried to avoid overusing kryptonite as her Achilles heel). But now nothing new is coming to me. But hey, I wrote 144 Supergirl stories, which I guess is pretty good run. (In the beginning (the summer of 2016), I was writing 2 or 3 new stories every week! And it's been over a period about 6 1/2 years, which is 6 months longer than the TV show lasted! If I do come up with any new ideas, I promise that I will write more stories about Kara and her "Superfriends" in National City. But I'm not expecting that I'll ever be getting back to one a month or so. But true to my word, I did keep my stories coming at least once a month for over a year after the series finale of the TV show!

OK - I've started on a new Supergirl story that involves Kara playing with the Aquanauts on tour in California. I should have it finished by Memorial Day. Then I'll post a link to it on my Facebook page here!

Well, Stewart, you are a teacher/professor. When school ends and given it's FL you don't have hurricanes to fear, then you can get back to the stories.

Actually, maybe I just need to take a break for a while, and then go back to my writing in a few months. Another one of my long-time readers suggested that maybe the Aquanauts could go on tour, and then Kara could join them for a guest appearance. Meanwhile, she manages to foil a heist that the bad guys had planned. Sounds like a good idea! I'll see what I can come up with
