This time she appears on The Kelly Clarkson Show (in syndication). In this preview clip, Melissa, alongside Clint and Ron Howard, talks about dinosaurs...and what she wanted to do before acting and singing came a calling.

Well, that's because Ron's been "around the block" as far as Hollywood goes. Melissa is still a young puppy despite Glee, Supergirl and a few other projects.

I'm trying to picture Melissa sneaking out something as large as one of those cocoons.:D

I thought Melissa was going to cry at one point. And that got me thinking, the escape from Kabul in my mind is something almost out of the comics. And if the industry wasn't so pc and "woke" it would take all the combined forces of the Justice League, JSA, Team Supergirl, Team Flash, the Legends of Tomorrow and even the Suicide Squad to save those people w/minimal casualties and especially the deaths of those 13 soldiers. Can you imagine Harley Quinn taking on members of the Taliban? Or Supergirl, Stargirl, even Wonder Woman?

It would be but there is a fine line they probably feel need to walk in producing entertainment.Comic book properties touch on real world issues all the time.Supergirl's has becoming known for this.I remember watching a documentary about comic books a few years ago.And in the part where they were talking about comic books made during World War II,the issue the creators had was that characters like Superman and Green Lantern could just go in there and end the war with a snap of their fingers. They could remove guys like Hitler and Stalin in less then a hour. The problem is that in our real world, the war was still going on,these lunatics were still in power and lots of people were still dying and the creators felt it would be disrespectful to the real life heroes who were out there fighting and dying for us to have basically a cartoon character come in and solve things.

So there may be a element of that still in play on why certain subjects aren't dealt with in escapist entertainment.

The story with the teacher and his former student was very moving.
