I am so thrilled to share that I am publishing my first book with my sister
@jrbyoung and author Mariko Tamaki on October 19th! Haven’s Secret is the first in our middle grade fantasy series from @abramskids about two sisters with extraordinary powers.

Mariko Tamaki wrote the 2016 comic miniseries,"Supergirl: Being Super."She's also the current writer of Detective Comics.

Good that she's branching out. You know, just in case this acting thing doesn't work out. ;)

Very cool news, though! My niece will definitely be pleased to hear this. She's gutted that the show is ending.

Mariko Tamaki wrote the 2016 comic miniseries,"Supergirl: Being Super."
I think I am getting the feeling no matter how hard she can try, Melissa can't seem to escape Supergirl. That said I refuse to see her typecast as Supergirl...or Marley from Glee for that matter.

Melissa is already a wonderful actress, singer, and dancer and now maybe a writer. I hope the kids enjoy her stories. I however will not be turning the pages of her book. I draw the line with mid school literature.;)
