Not sure a Kryptonian made biological weapon can "mate," let alone procreate with a human.

Perhaps Reign is the adopted daughter of Morgan Edge, depending on how old he'll be portrayed.

Or perhaps Reign will be smart like Lena, and they go toe-to-toe in their industry.

Or maybe Lena hires Reign before they all know who Reign is.

If Reign is Lex's ex it might help explain why he turned. Maybe he was a bit unnerved when he found out about her so he talked with his buddy Clark.

Clark: I never thought you would have a problem with alien. You're ok with Superman.
Lex: Superman is open about being an alien, he doesn't try to hide amongst us. He doesn't pretend to be something he's not.
Clark: ....
Lex: Why are you looking at me like that?

Maybe that's when his xenophobic paranoia began. Maybe Lex's reaction to Clark's revelation was to think: mom was right we can't trust them, they lie and hide. and they're everywhere!, plus they're superstrong! They must be stopped.

I'm not sure how that would work, even with the aging slowly because they would then be painting themselves in a corner considering the main character is a Kryptonian as well, and though Reign and Lena may not have a long term time on the show, the main character certainly will. And will age in the next 5 or more years. To me, in order for it to work, she would have to be aging far less than even Kal...Also, that would mean that Lena is half alien and she has exhibited no powers whatsoever....I just don't see that happening. Just way to soap opery for my taste... But hey, they've written other arcs that have made me shake my head.

I don't think Reign is going to be Lena's biological mon. Reign is from Krypton but not Kryptonian in the same way as Kara and Kal are but on the show aliens seem to age slower than humans. Reign was sent to Earth at the same time as Kara and Kal and they said 35 years ago in the finale. Assuming she got straight to Earth like Kal that would mean Reign would have only been on Earth for about 10 years when Lena was born and she was a baby when she left Krypton. That would mean Reign ages faster not slower than humans.

Hearing now that it is possibly Reign and Lex's daughter that we see in the BTS stuff....and that is the connection with Lena.
