I would probably be pretty unoriginal and show the bat emblem or the batarang, but in slightly brighter/cartoony colors than what the usual Nolan Batman colors are.
Like in the first poster series I wouldn't even spell out that it's Batgirl on the poster, just the logo and the date (and in small letters some batgirlthemovie.com), but because the logo has less grimdark colors it would be enough to make people wonder that it's something different.
