I think that in Crisis Kara is going to "die" and Lena will realize their friendship was worth fighting for. Kara will come back at the last minute and help destroy the Anti Monitor and Lena won't care Kara didn't tell her she was Supergirl. She will be happy to have her friend back.

I've thought something similar, but I won't go into "my version". I'm kinda sitting on it to see if ANY of it happens.

But I do I think this would be a good resolution. I completely understand the appeal in the character conflict that results from last year's finale. But I think dragging out the "Lena hates Supergirl" storyline too long will be detrimental as opposed to helpful. I think Lena's heart and mind being changed by Kara's "death", mid season, would be a really good spin, and allow the momentum of the show to keep moving. I could see them possibly stretching it out to a season (I hope they don't). But anything beyond that just slows the pacing of the show, in my opinion.

They don't necessarily need to be 100% BFF's, again. But I think that's a point where Lena could be willing to let the rebuilding begin.

Well in the comics version of COIE....Kara does die, Superman holding his dead cousin in his arms is an iconic moment in comics.

But this is 2019/2020 TV so anything is possible. I have said this before about Lena and Kara and will say so again, turn Lena pure evil, you just have the umpteenth trillionth version of Super vs. Luthor and that will I think destroy the show.

Kdogg, I agree with you there. Of course what will the writers do? Continue their wonky writing and cover it up with globalist politics, or at least give us something substantive?

I'm really looking forward to the friendship angst. Not sure how much Lena will be in the crossover.
