Jenna Dewan who played Lucy Lane in season 1 of Supergirl will be reprising the role of Lois's sister in a recurring basis for season 2 of Superman & Lois.

Seems like Superman and Lois are making it more obvious that they're going to adapt New Krypton storyline from the comics for their next season. The show can't get Supergirl, but setting up Superwoman has now become very convenient.

Out of all the Supergirl characters showing up in the larger Arrowverse, I can't say that Lucy was my first guess :D Very happy though. I can easily picture Jenna working well with Bitsie

It will be interesting to see how she will pan out in the S&L series. Will it be a series of one-offs or will she be a regular / recurring character? Only time will tell.

It does make some sense. Her sister is co-lead of the series and their father is a regular character.Plus her brother in law is the other co-lead and her nephews are main characters too.I'm just surprised but glad the role wasn't recast.
