The great Cat knows Supergirl identity, figured it out for Barry and James, and the last two times that Clark came in national City, Superman showed up !
What do you think ? Has she made the connection ?
*And i wonder how Lena (who is a very smart woman too didn't see blah blah ... but it's not the point)*

I would spend all of my days on set watching the show being made
I think Cat knows about Clark. She gives little hints that she knows when she talks to him or to Kara about him.
When she asks if Lois is still hung up on Superman she gestures towards Clark's chest where the house of El's crest would be.
She says that Clark loves danger (which is odd since Clark would run from danger so he could come back as Superman)
and she says to Kara, "I promise you when he takes off those glasses, he is a tiger in bed" (which means she spent time picturing him with out his glasses)

Don't assume malice when stupidity is an adequate explanation. At least, not the first time.

Yes. She knows about everyone but more importantly, she knows Kara's and that Clark is her cousin. It's very easy to connect the dots from there.
