As the season draws close to a close I hope that next season big bad will be Dark Supergirl. I think she would be a really huge challenge for Kara and for Melissa Benoist to have fun being the season 3 big bad just as Grant Gustin is this season as Savitar on The Flash. Dark Supergirl would be a challenge for Kara to deal with as her evil doppelgänger would have the advantage over Kara mentally and emotionally not to mention having possibly deal with Lena as she's possibly heading towards a shady path I love to see Dark Supergirl also cause troubler on The Flash and Legends Of Tomorrow as well. I hope to see them bring Dark Supergirl from the comics to the small screen next season. It would be so much fun for fans to see Melissa branch out as the villain as well as she did in season 1 supergirl_black_suit_by_stark3879-darz65o.jpg

I dunno, precisely because Flash is doing it all the time it would seem kinda repetitive if SG also did it.

They could possible go this route.

Since Super girl does live on alter nate Earth in mutli -unverise they could say that her alternate double come's from alter nate Earth where she is evil.

They could have where her double show up's on Barry Allen's Earth and team's up with killer frost that this would require Kara to came to Barry's earth to defeat her.

I don't have any knowledge of this character, so I am talking off the top of my head here (not the first time!). This is an interesting idea, although it was explored last season with the Bizzarro and Red K episodes so it may be a bit repetitive. But I do think Melissa had a ball filming Falling and her performance in that episode was awesome, so it would definitely be fun to watch, especially if the story continued for a few episodes. I'm hoping that others more familiar with the comics and this character than I will comment.

Nice illustration. One might suggest that the show managers will come up with a more original costume, one with less fabric. Or perhaps far more fabric...first superhero in a Victorian riding dress, with ruffles and frills and petticoats. Perhaps I am being cynical.

I don't think I would like an Evil Supergirl, but a Darker, more tortured version due to similar but even more tragic kryptonian history driving Alt Kara would be interesting. As long as Our Kara gets to shine a light on Dark Kara and put her back on the direction she was always meant to go by the Arc's end.
