We are only two days away from season 3 episode 3, "Far From The Tree". This episode promises to be a powerhouse of emotion and adventure! Melissa Benoist even described Kara and J'onn's adventure to Mars "like an Indiana Jones Movie". Beyond that, Helen Slater returns as Eliza Danvers to throw Alex and Maggie a bridal shower. My Space dad is better than yours.My space dad's car is lit.... That thing is hot and he made it seem like the car was nothing fancy. Lol.

I'm a huge fan of J'onn J'onzz aka Martian Manhunter before Supergirl, so I am super hype that he was considered to be a regular on the show. I've been excited to see this episode since I heard that Carl Lumbly will make a guest appearance. I can't wait til tonight. The sneek peeks are excellent. I kinda wish that we stuck with the story line that J'onn is the only green Martian because in the comics, his father was killed. However, looking at the sneek peek and reading the synopsis, it looks like it will be a good episode and the writers can pull it off.

I wish this comment thing would have used my nickname instead for commenting.

I wish the network would stop putting out the clips on the day of the episode's airing. They've been doing this for now three weeks as they had plenty of time to put these clips out.

As a life long car guy, sneak peak #2 does wonders for me. I had the same reaction as J'onn when Kara plopped down hard on the seat. :^)

Right on Kelly! Maggie and her father may be hard for some viewers to watch but I'd argue that what makes it important to show. The family you make can be stronger than the one you were born into.

An Indiana Jones episode sounds fun. I'm thinking the Mars adventure happens first, M'gann sounded urgent. Some bonding time with space dad could be just what Kara needs right now.
