Consider me hooked! Oh, since comic books was mentioned...I found out Wal-Mart is getting in on things...according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Yep, writers Marv Wolfman and Marc Guggenheim have a new Crisis tale that takes place about midway through the Batwoman episode, featuring Felicity, Kid Flash and The Ray, among other auxiliary characters. The second Walmart exclusive Crisis 100-Page Giant will be released in mid-January. Hardcover collection is tentatively slated for June.

BTW, found out yesterday that the sign Wil Wheaton is carrying is a Superman II Easter egg. :)

I am wondering about Joanna Cameron as ISIS or one of her Shazam counterparts from the old Saturday morning favorites. Other favorites from shows like Lois and Clark, Superboy, and Swamp Thing could still pop up, although not confirmed.

Would be asking a bit much for maybe Michael Gray (Billy Batson) or Jackson Bostwick (SHAZAM number 1, before John Davey took over after Jackson injured himself...I have the show on DVD and there is a Blu-Ray version out which has more content available including the closing moral scenes). I don't think Joanna Cameron, a Colorado native like Melissa, would be available...besides these days the word ISIS means something opposite of justice. The other shows despite Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher already playing in some capacity on Supergirl, well that would be urge overkill.

I hope they use this opportunity to reset Supergirl as this has been a most uneven season.
I disagree about this season being uneven though. There just isn't that much in your face leftist SJW drivel like the last couple of seasons which weighed the show down as far as I'm concerned.

Looking forward to the crossover, the trailers looks great, but what I Ultra Concerned with, is here in the UK, Sky TV aren't allowed to show the Batwoman Series, because for some reason Warner Brothers wont allow them to have it, can someone please help me as how I am able to see it.

Thanks.

Well, with the spinoff of Superman and Lois in the works, I assume this is a scene for a possible outcome. Like the Flash saw may potential outcomes.

The producers say we are getting several cameos not announced. I assume Lynda Carter and Helen Slater as versions of Wonder Woman and Supergirl are likely as both actresses have worked on the Arrowverse shows already. I am wondering about Joanna Cameron as ISIS or one of her Shazam counterparts from the old Saturday morning favorites. Other favorites from shows like Lois and Clark, Superboy, and Swamp Thing could still pop up, although not confirmed.

Can't wait... I hope they use this opportunity to reset Supergirl as this has been a most uneven season.

Looks to be one heck of a crossover. I notice that when they show the league, Alex, J'onn and Brainy are also included which is great. As for Superman being killed - would be difficult to do a spin off series (which was mentioned before) if he died - so I don't believe our Superman dies in this cross over. I have to admit, these previews have me excited to watch and see what happens.

Kind of surprised that the net would spoil this moment...but then again, a LOT of folks bought that '90s comic when it originally came out. However, I also remember a Silver Age story that had Lex killing off Superman in front of his friends. Perhaps the showrunners are paying homage to two Superman stories at once in this event, but not revealing the older one.

Anyways, this trailer's providing a heck of a hook.

I got that comic as a Christmas gift (the whole Doomsday arc, actually). It was a huge event at the time.
