We are off to the races Supergirl fans! What did you think of that season finale/season opener? We have to be honest, this was clearly meant to be the season finale from last year but obviously Covid-19 delayed that episode. Now that we know where Kara is, back in the phantom zone where she spent 12 years alone before arriving on Earth, how long do we think she'll be stuck there. How many of you have seen the 1984 Supergirl film? Curious if there isn't a clue as to what Supergirl's current predicament is. It's often intertwined with her mythology. In the Silver Age, Supergirl's Kryptonian parents Zor-El and Alura escaped the destruction of Argo (by Kryptonite radiation poisoning) by sending themselves into an alternate PZ dimension called the Survival Zone. Eventually, Supergirl managed to free them, and they decided to reside in the Bottle City of Kandor with other Krypton survivors. And of course, there's the live action depiction in the 1984 movie....maybe a character or two from that movie is soon to make a reappearance? :)
Anyway, I love that she's stuck in the Phantom Zone. It's better then her being in a coma. It gives Supergirl an opportunity to devise an escape plan which she will be the leader. Of course she will need help from her team on the other side. I think this is going to be good stuff.
Anyone knows why there's some sort of white light coming out of Supergirl's eyes?

2)At the end of Smallville season 7 in the finale(episode 20) and was set free in season 8(episode 8).
