Very late for a Friday work day, Supergirl images from episode 10 have finally appeared! Lots going on in the Supergirl offices! That said the images are pretty good, you get a great look at a more disheveled Livewire who clearly has broken out of prison. Also perhaps a first look at an interim costume for Mon-El? Funky glasses? And finally, it looks like there are going to be some secrets revealed this episode as both Jame and Mon-El look like they are having some intense conversations with Kara. Check it out below:

If he's going to do the superhero thing, he's got to get some Kevlar body armor, at least. A hero who is that vulnerable to ordinary lead bullets desperately needs some artificial help or he's going to be worse off than James in his Iron Man-wannabe suit.

Fortunately, with his strength Mon-el should be able to wear protective armor thick enough to stop anything short of a cannon shell.

Most definitely lol. Lead is a pretty bad weakness. It's about time Kara got an ally that's powerful like her, but has time to actually help unlike MM. Too bad he can get wasted by lead. Maybe he can just requisition the Guardian armour, its current owner doesn't quite deserve it. James is kinda as random as if Iris West suddenly became a vigilante, but not quite as likeable as she is.

Maybe if I stare at the screen long enough the producers will feel my glare and release some sneak peeks sooner, rather than later......

In fact, there are bits when I'm reminded of the chemistry and banter that you could see between Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell in the old black & white film classic "His Girl Friday" -- so fun :) But, along with that levity, there are these serious moments where I see a far deeper emotional connection building between Kara and Mon-El, all of which I find very compelling. Truth be told, watching Kara and Mon-El's relationship grow has been for me the highlight of this season so far.

I love that analogy. And ironically the Howard Hawks produced story dealt with newspaper reporters. It was based on a play called "The Front Page." Though I again harken back to Kara's transformation scene where she throws her clothes and glasses to Mon-El and he goofingly catches them. It had to have been something out of a Frank Capra or now that the name has crossed my mind Hal Roach screwball comedies. In fact when the shirt, pants and glasses flew I kept hearing some kind of cartoonish "FWEEP!" if I can only describe the sound.

I thought Mon-El grew an extra pair of arms and hands in photo #1 :D

I thought it was his "mini me" behind him. LOL

As far as too much Mon-El....as long as it is interaction with Kara, I'm loving it. Their chemistry is fantastic.

Yep, and we've even learned a new word...Goofus...LMAO!!!!!!!!!! They are that Kel, as well as adorkable together. Dare I say like a brother and sister?

On another note - Looking closely at those pics of Livewire, I actually think that's Jessie Graff, one of the stunt doubles of the show, dressed as Livewire.

Probably not. Jessie hasn't worked on Supergirl since about halfway through Season One. She's still involved with American Ninja Warrior as an auxiliary player.

Kara training Mon-El and then teaming up to fight Livewire, plus what looks like some more dramatic and introspective scenes of them together? Yes, please! Gimme! I want it all!

I'm enjoying watching the growing relationship between them. Personally, I watch this show for Kara's story and I find Kara and Mon-El absolutely charming together and their repartee engaging and fun to watch. Yep, I couldn't agree more. :)

Looks really good. I'm glad she has a Nemesis now! That means graduation to a whole other level of Superhero-ism.

I saw a leaked video filmed in November with both Kara and Mon-el that was really intense, and wondered what episode it would be in, and this is definitely it by the look of their clothes. So I can't wait.

I love it when Kara has her serious and introspective scenes to balance out all that sunniness. And looks like we'll get to see some serious scenes from Chris Wood, who is an excellent actor, but he hasn't had the material to really show of his acting chops on Supergirl yet. Looks like this episode might change that. Yah!

And Livewire looks like she REALLY means business. Can't wait.
