Our dearest Supergirl fans! It seems like its been forever since we got Kara out of the Phantom Zone but today, we finally have some good news! The CW has released a full one minute trailer for the upcoming final half of the sadly final season of Supergirl. You may have seen that David Harewood wrapped his final scenes for the show yesterday and the entire show should be wrapped filming come early August. So, not much time left for the cast of Supergirl. That said there are still plenty of episodes left and with this new trailer we are finally seeing where we might be going with the last journey of The Girl of Steel, check it out below:

Season 2 filmed in Georgia, and I heard Brec say in an interview that she has bought a house down there so I think they're planning to be there for the duration.
I've been bringing over lots of photos and reports from the shooting of the series finale over the last three days in the news thread in the forums. There are MAJOR spoilers!!! in each post but I've spoiler hidden them all.But if people think their own thread should be created,I can move them there.
Quote: I just re-watched episode 4.There is such a fun vibe to this series. And I agree,I was hoping for a Stargirl & Supergirl pairing.
Also, it is a relief to me to see Alex helping Kara get over the trauma of the Phantom zone. For once, the writers are addressing the aftermath of something happening to Kara instead of just ignoring it and going on to something else. Looks like Lena will also be helping Kara out. It is good in one scene to see the two friends hugging each other - I was always hoping their friendship would survive and it looks like it has.
I'm looking forward to the return of Supergirl but with sadness knowing we're reaching the end.
But I'm also really looking forward to the start of Stargirl Season 2.The vibe of this show is the most close to Supergirl IMO and feels like its successor tonally.I'm currently rewatching Season 1 via my Blu Ray set in prep for season 2.
Yes, Stargirl had a very good first season and a shout out is well deserved. The CW usually screws up the day and time slot of Supergirl but this time they got it right and put Stargirl and Supergirl back to back, belly to belly for this season. I believe that when it's all said and done that Stargirl will be their flagship show.
We really do need a new poster!
We do indeed, fingers crossed.
