It was the number one question we were receiving here at Supergirl.tv, "Where will Supergirl be shown in the UK"? Well today we have our answer and its awesome! Sky 1 who also airs Flash and Arrow has picked up Supergirl for the UK audience! Adam MacDonald, the director of the Sky 1 network had this to say on the acquisition:
I am delighted to announce Supergirl is coming to Sky 1. We’ve already seen in the success of The Flash and Arrow that comic-book characters are a big hit with our customers, and with this fresh, fast-paced new series, we’re giving them another sure-fire superhero smash.
We are so happy that Supergirl is going to be shown all over the globe. We've already heard that Australia, Canada, and the Philippians will broadcast Supergirl and now, our brothers in the UK can enjoy her too!
